With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Training, and Workforce Development, Gail recognized the growing need for practical, people-centered HR support for small and medium-sized businesses that may not have access to a dedicated internal HR department. At the same time, she remained deeply committed to helping professionals strengthen their resumes, build confidence, prepare for interviews, and successfully pursue new career opportunities.
